CARMEL APPLE SALAD

8 Apples (peeled and chopped up small)

1, 4 serving box fat free/sugar free instant butterscotch pudding

1, 20 oz can crushed pinapple in it's own juice

1, 8 oz Container of fat free cool whip

1/4 cup walnuts (optional)

Peel and chop apples, (set aside)

In a large bowl pour in the instant pudding powder. pour Entire contents pinapple can, Mix well.

Fold cool-whip into pudding/pinapple mixture until well blended.

Add apples and walnuts to mix and blend till apples are well coated, Chill till ready to serve.
