2 packages active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk, 1 tsp salt.
1/2 cup margarine
6 cups flour
2 eggs
In small bowl, combine water and yeast and set aside. Heat milk and margarine until the margarine melts, set aside. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt well. Add milk mixture. Add yeast. Add flour one cup at a time. Do not overbeat. Dough will be sticky. Cover dough and let rise in warm place until double (1 1/2 hours) Punch down, divide into two equal parts. Roll out each half into circle, cut in half. (I use a pizza cutter,) then into approx 9 wedges (each half will have 18 wedges all together-36 rolls in one recipe.) Roll each wedge starting at the wide end. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise in warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour). Bake at 375* for 12 minutes. makes 36.
